Update measure data for an Initiative
The Initiative owner The user responsible for ensuring that the Initiative is executed and that its measure data and milestone statuses are updated according to schedule. To update an Initiative’s measure data:
- Open the Initiative’s plan file page.
- Click the [date] Results tab.
- In the Measure section, locate the desired measure, and enter the new data in the Value column.
- (Optional) In the Comment field, type a comment about this period’s measure data.
- To update additional measures this period, repeat steps 6 and 7.
- Click Save.
- To submit the Initiative for sponsor review, click Submit.
- In the Approve Initiative [#] dialog, type a comment in the Comments field and then click Approve.
The system takes you to the Initiative approval routing page where you can see who is assigned to the next step.
NOTE: Both the Previous and Next steps display as grayed out unless you are a system administrator.
