Customer Account Profitability
Customer Account Profitability provides the framework to allocate expenses (or income) at the customer account or instrument level. Those allocated results can then be integrated into reporting that summarizes profitability at multiple levels across a financial institution, such as by customer, product, branch, channel, and so on).
You can access the Customer Account Profitability page via the Profitability section on the FI Command Center home page. When you open the Customer Account Profitability page, the Settings tab is displayed by default.
