Use the User Process View command to display the Process Management task view in a task pane. Users can work with their assigned process tasks and view the status of the process.
Can be used in
- Task panes
Axiom Software provides a built-in task pane named Process which uses this command. By default, the task pane is available to all users via the Everyone role. For more information on the built-in Process task pane, see Configuring the Process task pane. However, you can also include this command in your custom task panes if desired.
When the User Process View command is selected from the Command Library as the shortcut target, it displays as command://ProcessViewAdapter.

Visibility
Items using this command are only visible if the following conditions are met:
- There is at least one active process in the system.
- The user is an administrator, or a process owner of an active process, or a step owner of an active step.
The task pane setting Show restricted items does not apply in this case. There is no way to force the Process view control to remain visible if the above conditions are not met.
Remarks
When you use the User Process View command in a task pane, you should select the Display child items inline option for the task pane item. This causes the Process view control to display directly within the task pane. If you do not select this option, then the Process view control will display as a collapsible section underneath the item's display text.
