Import Configuration update

Updated the Import Configuration function to pull new "SampleSize" data into various Benchmark tables.

Global Workforce Opportunity Report updates

Implemented the following updates to the Global Workforce Opportunity Report:

Added an optional Select Metrics refresh variable.
Added new SampleSize data from the various updated tables.
Added a calculated worked hours per unit of service (WHPUOS), which results from a self-imposed cap rate provided within the report.
Added 5-percent benchmark metrics.
Add a new opportunity section, Minimum Percentile, which is based on a set minimum percentile scenario.
Added percentile dropdowns for the Max Percentile Cap or Minimum Percentile sections.
Deleted the Benchmark tab.

Totals at the top of Opportunity Report do not match rows [#82382]	Issue: The totals at the top of the page (FTEs and $) did not match the sum of the rows on the report and the totals incorrectly included hidden rows. Resolution: Updated the formula in column CS to check for the [HideRow] tag in column CT.
