This release resolved the following issues:

Issue	Description
Summary projects - User-inputted zero for Sales Tax not maintained after process plan files or multiple saves [#91956]	Issue: When a user entered a Sales Tax value of zero (0) and then processed the plan file, the system incorrectly reverted the value to the default defined in the Setup driver. Resolution: Adjusted the system to accept user-inserted data of zero (0) instead of the default value.
CP/CT Web Deductions reset if set to zero. [#89759]	Issue: Similar to issue 91956 above, there was an issue with the Sales Tax value reverting to a value of zero (0). Resolution: Implemented a Fix in Field solution that adjusted the following fields on the OpImpacts tab of the Finance_Group utility: CAP_InputString Deduction %

Updated the Search bar in the plan file to filter plan files when searches are based on description keywords.

This release resolved the following issues:

Issue	Description
Project Detail by Entity.xlsx: Entity ID missing from the left side of entity description within the project list [#62394]	Issue: In a forms-to-Angular system, when viewing projects through the Project Details By Entity report, the Entity ID did not appear on the left side of the entity description. Resolution:This issue is not a defect. The method in which data was added to different systems causes the Entity ID to not appear.
