Summarize data by RFGroup
If you use summarize data utilities to import your General Ledger (GL) data to Axiom Rolling Forecasting, you can now filter by RFGroup using two new summarization utilities:

The first utility summarizes actuals by RFGroup.

The second utility summarizes Budget data by RFGroup.
If you make changes to an RFGRoup and need to reimport data, you can import just the affected groups instead of all of your files.
How summarizing by RFGroup works
What: Use the summarization utilities to import summarized actual data and summarized budget data that is filtered by selected RFGroup. These utilities are the same as the other Summarize Actual Data and Summarize Budget Data utilities except that each has a drop-down for selecting an RFGroup to the Variables dialog. You can select only one RFGroup to import at a time when filtering by RFGroup.
Where: This applies to the Data Transformation section of the RF Admin task pane.
Who: Only Axiom Rolling Forecasting administrators can use this feature to import summarized data.
To summarize data by RFGroup:

In the RF Admin task pane under Data Transformation, double-click one of the following:

Summarize Actual Data (filter by RFGroup)

Summarize Budget Data (filter by RFGroup)

In the Execute Import: Summarize [data type] Data (filter by RFGroup) dialog, click Execute.

In the Variables dialog, select the year, whether or not to include statistics, and the type of hours.

From the Select RFGroup drop-down, select an RFGroup.

Click OK.
