Delete an episode or return definition

Instead of deleting a definition, you can deactivate so that it cannot be processed. For instructions, see Activate or deactivate an episode or return definition.

To delete an episode or return definition

  1. From the Enterprise Decision Support home page, in the Encounter analysis section, select Define encounter rules.

  2. In the Actions column of the definition to delete, select the ellipsis (...), and select Delete.

  3. At the Delete? prompt, select Delete.
