Creating and managing scenario groups

Group scenarios together for easier management and planning. Scenario groups are organized in the Initiatives library area of the scenario manager page. To display a list of all scenario groups, click Scenarios in the Scenarios library.

To display a list of scenarios within an scenario group, click the applicable scenario group in the Scenarios library.

Creating scenario groups

To create a scenario group:

  1. In the Scenarios library area, click Scenarios to display the list of scenario groups.

  2. Click Create to the right of the Search field.

  3. In the Name field, type a name for the scenario group.

  4. Click Create.

Deleting scenario groups

To delete an scenario group

  1. In the Scenarios library area, click Scenarios to display the list of scenario groups.

  2. Hoverr your cursor over the row associated with the scenario you are deleting.

  3. In the Actions column, click Delete.

IMPORTANT: Deleting a scenario group will delete all of the scenarios in that group. This action cannot be undone.

Moving scenarios to another group

Individual scenarios can be regrouped as needed.

To move scenarios to from one group to another group:

  1. On the initiatives manager page, click a scenario group in the Scenarios library. The group you select is the group from which you are moving the scenario.

  2. In the scenario group, hover your cursor over the row associated with the scenario you are moving.

  3. Click "..." > Move.

  4. In the Move dialog, click the name of the scenario group to which you are moving this scenario.

  5. Click Move.
