The following issues were fixed in this patch:
- 3898: OData intialization was prevented by an unhandled exception during odata table generation.
- 3922: Usertableindex keys were broken when the datatype of composite key column was changed.
- 3924: AxDocumentUsage table had a unique index on PackageEntityId.
