About Objectives
Objectives are goals that support your organization’s Perspectives. In Axiom Strategy Management, Objectives define what needs to be achieved to support a particular Perspective. While each Perspective can have more than one Objective, each Objective belongs to only one Perspective.
Objectives can also be assigned owners. Currently, owners’ names only appear in the selection dialog used in selecting Objectives to view; however, owner name data can be made available in reports.
As with Perspectives, each Objective has one or more measures Data collectors used to determine the number, amount, percentage, or some other defined unit, including performance status, of the items to which they are applied. Measures are applied to Perspectives, Objectives, and Initiatives. associated with it that enable target The number used as a comparison point against which measure data is compared to determine if the measure data is favorable or unfavorable.
