View an Initiative’s approval process history
Axiom Strategy Management keeps a record of all approval process activity for every Initiative, starting with the Initiative’s creation. This enables you to see all step activity for an Initiative in one place.
NOTE: Your access rights to Initiatives determines whether you can view process step history for an Initiative. To view process activity for an Initiative, you must have at least one of the following user roles: Initiative Creator, Initiative Approver, Strategy Management Executive, Strategy Management Admin; or, you must be designated as an Initiative sponsor or Initiative owner for that Initiative.
To view an Initiative’s approval process history:

To the left of the listed Initiative, click the bookmark icon (
/
).
NOTE: In the Web Client, bookmark icons display next to Initiatives on most pages where Initiatives are listed in the system.

On the Initiative’s approval routing page, click the All Process Activity tab.
Every approval process step in the Initiative’s live cycle is listed on this tab.
Each step item in the history includes:
- Date the step activity occurred
- Step number
- Event type
- Step name
- User who performed the step
- Any comments the user added when they performed the step
