Defining project scoring criteria

Project scoring criteria are used by your Capital Committee members to score projects to determine their prioritization when it comes to planning next year's projects. Normally these criteria are the pillars of your organization. Your organization can weight these however necessary.

The Voting Criteria Input Table driver lists the criteria on which committee members will be asked to rate projects. Your organization enters the relative weight of each criterion, which adds up to the overall rating for the project.

You can add up to ten different criteria, which must add up to a weighting of 100%. Most organizations tie these criteria around the pillars of their organizations.

To define project scoring criteria:

  1. From the Axiom Capital Planning home page, click Edit Drivers.

NOTE: To access this location from the Cap Planning Admin task pane, in the Administration section, click Capital Planning Drivers, and double-click Capital Planning Drivers.
