Searching customers or relationships
In the Relationship Builder, RPPS allows you to search through customers or relationships using names or a variety of attributes. This topic explains which attributes can be searched and how to search for them.
IMPORTANT: Axiom RPPS does not recognize spaces between words. Include an underscore to separate words. For example, use "Abbot_Company" instead of "Abbot Company".
Relationship Builder search fields
The Relationship Builder contains two search fields.
- One allows you search a list of unassigned customers by name or attribute in order to more easily locate customers you want to add to a new or existing relationship.
- The other search field allows you to search through existing relationships by name or attribute of any of the customers assigned to that relationship.

NOTE: After you conduct a search of existing relationships, the results display until you clear the search. To clear the search, click the X icon to the right of the search field.

You can conduct a search using the attributes below when searching the Unassigned Customers list. Use the following syntax: "FieldName: Criteria".

- LastName:
- AddressLine1:
- City:
- State:
- Zip:
Relationship search attributes
You can conduct a search using the following attributes when searching existing relationships:
- Relationship name
- Customer name
- Address Line 1
- TIN
