Interest indexes tab

From the FTP > Interest Rates > Interest indexes tab, you can add and edit interest rate indexes for FTP.

Adding an interest rate index

To add a new interest rate index:

  1. From the Command Center, click FTP.

  2. Click Interest Rates, then click Interest indexes.

  3. Under Add and manage interest indexes, click Add New Interest Index.

  4. In the Add interest index dialog, complete the following settings:

    Column Description
    Name Enter a name for the new index.
    Description Enter a text description for the new index.
    Interest index group Select a group from the drop-down list.
    Yield curve Select a yield curve from the drop-down list.
    Interest index term Select an index term (the term in months that corresponds to the index) from the drop-down list.
  5. To save all entries and selections, click Add.

Editing interest index settings

You can edit individual interest indexes or use bulk editing to edit multiple indexes at once.

To edit an individual interest rate index:

  1. From the Command Center, click FTP.

  2. Click Interest Rates, then click Interest index.

  3. Under Add and manage interest indexes, in the Name column of the table displayed, click the name of the index you want to edit.

  4. In the Edit interest index dialog, update the settings as needed.

    NOTE: The settings are the same as in the Add interest index dialog.

  5. To save all changes, click Edit.

To edit multiple interest indexes:

  1. From the Command Center, click FTP.
  2. Click Interest Rates, then click Interest index.
  3. Place a check mark next to the names of the indexes you want to edit.
  4. Click the Edit icon in the toolbar.
  5. In the Edit interest index dialog, update the settings as needed.

    NOTE: The settings are the same as in the Add interest index dialog.

  6. To save all changes, click Edit.

Deleting an interest rate index

You can delete one or more interest indexes as needed.

To delete an interest rate index:

  1. From the Command Center, click FTP.
  2. Click Interest Rates, then click Interest indexes.
  3. Select the check box next to the Name column for each index you want to delete, then click the Delete icon in the toolbar.

  4. In the Remove interest indexes dialog, click Confirm.

  5. Click OK at the prompt.
