Error message displays in context sensitive help
Summary
When you click the ? button in web-based utilities, reports, and other screens, the help panel opens and displays an invalid help code message.
Details
The help error message occurs with On Premise systems where the browser has been configured to block all third-party cookies.
Resolution
To remove the error message and allow the Axiom system to display the help content, you can do one of the following in the browser settings:
- Allow all third-party cookies
- Add help.axiom.cloud to the list of approved sites that can use cookies
