Configuring the Prepaid Contracts driver

The Prepaid Contracts driver allows you to configure existing prepaid contracts in the database. Upon opening, it populates the schedule with all planning accounts that are assigned to the Axiom Existing Prepaid Contract calculation method.

Configuring Prepaid Contracts

To configure prepaid contracts:

1. From the Command Center home page, click Financial Planning.
2. Open the budget, scenario, or forecast for which to edit the driver.
3.  Click the Drivers & Assumptions tab.

4. Click the Prepaid Contracts link.

   NOTE: The driver opens in the Desktop Client and displays the Prepaid Contracts sheet by default.

5. Click the Automatic Renewal Y/N field associated with the desired budget account to indicate whether the prepaid contract will be automatically renewed when its term expires.
6. Click the Renewal Rate Increase % field associated with the desired budget account to edit the prepaid contract renewal rate increase that will seed a default value to the plan file.
7. Click the Save button on the Axiom ribbon to save prepaid contracts configurations to the database.
8. Close the Prepaid Contracts file when input is complete.
