Workflow Administration command

Use the Workflow Administration command to perform workflow management activities using the Workflow Manager dialog. This is the same as using Manage > Workflows from the Axiom ribbon tab.

IMPORTANT: Workflow is a legacy feature that has been replaced by plan file processes in Process Management. Although workflows still work, all future development and enhancements in this area will be made to plan file processes. The Workflow feature is only visible in systems where the system configuration setting EnableLegacyWorkflowEngine is set to True. This should only be the case in older systems that have not yet had the opportunity to migrate their existing workflows to plan file processes.

Can be used in

  • Ribbon tabs
  • Task panes

This command is included in the default AxiomMain.AXL ribbon tab, as part of the Administration group.

When the Workflow Administration command is selected from the Command Library as the shortcut target, it displays as command://WorkflowManager or command://WorkflowManagerCommandAdapter (legacy syntax).
