Data Migration command

Use the Data Migration command to migrate data from legacy systems into Axiom Software.

Can be used in

• Task panes
• Ribbon tabs

When the Data Migration command is selected from the Command Library as the shortcut target, it displays as command://MigrationHelper or command://MigrationHelperCommandAdapter (legacy syntax).

Shortcut parameters

This command does not have any shortcut parameters.

Visibility

This command does not depend on any security permissions or on any particular context. Items using this command will always be visible.

Remarks

This command is intended for system builders who are migrating data from legacy systems into Axiom Software. It performs a very basic data import from the legacy database into the Axiom Software database, based on settings defined in a migration workbook. This command is typically used during the system build-out and then removed from the system.
