Running the PR Update Project Initiator report

Use this report to update the purchase request Process Initiator in Axiom Capital Tracking.

To run the PR Update Project Initiator report:

1. In the Cap Track Admin task pane, in the Administration section, click Administrative Utilities > Security Setup, and double-click PR Update Project Initiator.

   

2. Refresh the data in the report by doing one of the following:

   • In the Main ribbon tab, in the Workbook Options group, click Refresh Data.

     

   • Press F9.

3. To update the Process Initiator for all purchase requests, in the Main ribbon tab, click Save.

   

4. At the confirmation prompt, click OK.
