Viewing or modifying evaluator scores of capital members

If you are an Axiom Capital Planning administrator, you can use this report to view scores submitted by Capital Committee members and modify them, if necessary. For example, if a Capital Committee members enters an incorrect score.

To view or modify evaluator scores of capital members:

1. In the Cap Plan Admin task pane, in the Capital Planning Reports section, click Project Ordering and Selection, and double-click Review Evaluator Scores.

   

2. Refresh the data by doing one of the following:

   • In the Main ribbon tab, click Refresh Data.

     

   • Press F9.
3. Complete the refresh variables sort the data in the report, and click OK.
4. From the Select Evaluator drop-down at the top of the report, select the Capital Committee member.
5. From the Save Scores? drop-down, do one of the following:
   • To save your changes to the database upon Save, click Yes.
   • To not save your changes upon Save, click No. This is selected by the system by default.
6. Change category scores, as needed.

7. When you are finished, in the Main ribbon tab, click Save.
