Configuring Budget Labor Assumptions

Budget Labor Assumptions include the following drivers:

Driver	Description
Budget Labor Configuration	Contains default settings for how labor-related expenses are tracked and calculated.
Budget Labor Benchmark driver	Defines a benchmark target of FTEs or Worked Hours per Unit of Service (WHPUOS) by department.
Budget Labor Target	Defines a target of Worked Hours per Unit of Service (WHPUOS) by department and job code.
Budget Labor Rates	Controls the wage rate increases.
Budget Labor Limits	Defines a target of Worked Hours per Unit of Service (WHPUOS) by department and job code.
Budget Labor Override	Allows you to make overrides to the various labor-related sheets, such as Empl_List, in budget plan files.
Budget Labor ADC Config	Allows you to configure the JobClasses and staffing ratios for each JobClass.
Budget Labor JobCode Dropdown	Use for any department where a filter applied to a JobCode drop-down provides a streamlines list for the user.
