Defining ownership assignments for workflow stages

In a workflow, each plan file can be assigned an owner for a particular stage. The owner is the user responsible for completing the workflow "task." Only the owner can submit, approve, or reject the plan file for that stage.

Ownership assignments are managed in the Edit Workflow dialog. To access this dialog:

On the Axiom tab, in the Administration group, click Manage > Workflows.
In the Workflow Manager dialog, create or edit a workflow.

The Edit Workflow dialog opens. On the Stages tab, the left-hand pane of the dialog lists the defined stages, and the right-hand pane contains the stage details and ownership assignments for the selected stage. Select a stage and then select the Assignments sub-tab to define the ownership assignments for that stage.

NOTE: If you are a stage administrator, then the list of plan files is limited by your file group filter in Security.
